This anxiety self-assessment test can help you to understand how you've been feeling recently and point you in the right direction for helpful advice and support.

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry and fear. When anxiety becomes problematic, these feelings are amplified, long-lasting and overwhelming.

This test is not intended to replace a medical consultation and you should speak to your GP or a therapist if you are concerned about your mental health.
