About

I am a Electrodiagnostic Neurologist (Clinical Neurophysiologist) specialising in electro diagnosis of Peripheral nerve muscles disorders, Epilepsy and Visual electro-diagnosis. My training in Medicine including Neurology has been in Scotland and London, specialist training in Yorkshire (York, Leeds and Pinderfields). My work is as a full time Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist in York Teaching Hospital. My expertise covers many aspects of Clinical Neurophysiology - nerve conduction study and Electromyography (NCS/EMG) for peripheral nerve muscles assessment, EEGs for adult and paediatric epileptic disorder. I have a special interest is Visual Electro-diagnosis of eye diseases assessing function and integrity of retina and optic nerve with Visual Evoked Response (VER) and Electro-Retinogram (ERG). I also provide medico-legal services in cases requiring electrodiagnostic input
