How do I join Nuffield Health 24/7?
You can join Nuffield Health 24/7 by following the steps below:
- Head to the Nuffield Health 24/7 home page.
- Click on Anytime 1 month commitment and click Join now.
- If you have a corporate discount code, tick the box and enter your code. Then click apply code.
- Check the details of your monthly Direct Debit and anything left to pay for the month.
- Complete the form with all of your details and let us know how you’d like us to keep in touch.
- Click continue and you’ll be taken to a page where you can check your details are correct.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click continue, you will then be asked to provide your Direct Debit details.
- If there is anything to pay for the remainder of the month, you can do that on the next page by providing your card details. Click confirm payment.
- Once your payment is accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to start watching Nuffield Health 24/7. There's no need to provide a password - if you ever get logged out, just log back in with the email address you used to sign up with. Once you have logged in, Nuffield Health 24/7 will remember you unless you clear your cookies.

Please follow these steps to set-up your online account:
- If you have been sent an email from Nuffield Health inviting you to click an activation link, please click the link provided in the email.
- If you haven't received an email, call our Customer Support Team on 0300 123 5084 to request an account activation email.
- Open the email, but remember to check your junk folder in case it’s automatically delivered there.
- Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions in order to finish creating your account.
Note: If you don’t receive an email, there may be a problem with the information we hold on your record, such as a missing or incorrect email address. Please contact your gym during our normal opening hours and our staff will update your details.

- On the 'Reset password' page, type in your email address and select ‘Email verification code'.
- If you are an active customer, you'll be emailed a verification code.
- Type in your verification code and press continue.
- On the 'Choose a new password' page you'll be asked to type in your new password twice.
- Press 'Reset' to complete the process.
