I’m not sure about my level of fitness and how to use the gym.
There's no need to be worried about your level of fitness. On your first visit, our friendly Membership Advisor will take you on the tour to show you the gym, equipment and classes that are available to you. No matter how fit you are at the moment, we can advise you on how you can meet your goals. As part of your membership, we'll evaluate your fitness level, help to set the goals and monitor your progress during free Health Checks every 3 months.
What else can I do in your centre?
Our Centre is not just for those who want to pump iron. We have a Physiotherapy Clinic to support your recovery or high-performance goals. You can unwind over delicious coffee and a healthy meal at our Café (and when the weather is right you can even use the garden!) or indulge in a treatment in our Relaxation Spa. We also provide swimming lessons to both adults and children. You can also attend all of our social events including monthly themed 'Meet Our Experts' events where you can get access to all of our experts and special guests on-site for free.
Can I come with my children?
Of course. Our little customers are our most important guests. We have a range of healthy snacks and drinks for children of all age, high seats, books, puzzles and a friendly Dinosaur Nuff for your children to play with. We're unable to offer supervision of your children when you attend a class and children under 4 years old must be supervised at all times.
How can I get in touch with the Club?
You can always pop in to see us and talk to one of our Front of House Assistants or Duty Managers. We'll be delighted to see you. Otherwise you can give us a call (01296487627), or contact us using the form at the bottom of this page. You can also get in touch on Facebook.
How big are your classes?
Most classes take up to 20 people – this means the classes don’t feel overcrowded but still have a motivating atmosphere. Take a look at the wide range of classes we offer and try one out.
I’ve never done an exercise class before. Will the instructor help me?
Rest assured, you’re in safe hands with our experienced instructors. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. Before the start of the class, the instructor will ask if there are any newcomers so that he or she can assist you.
