The hospital is run by Nuffield Health and managed on a day-to-day basis by an experienced senior management team comprising of the Health System Director David Wells, Director of Clinical Services Pippa Parry and Director of Operations Rachel Heath. This team is responsible for the hospital, the staff, our consultants and of course, their priority is the wellbeing of all patients.

Our nursing teams are available 24 hours a day. You will always receive the best possible treatment and will always be fully informed of your treatment pathway.

Whilst your treatment and care is the responsibility of your admitting consultant, it is not possible for them to be on site 24 hours a day, so we have a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – a qualified doctor – who stays on site 24 hours a day. They are there to assist the consultant and nurses in caring for you, providing the treatment you need in the consultant’s absence.

The medical team are supported by a team of Customer Service Advisors, Outpatient Appointment Clerks and Receptionists who will all help to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
