Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy at Coventry University in 2003, establishing a solid foundation for his clinical expertise. He has worked for 20 years in both the NHS and Private practice in both Adults and Children in hospitals, gyms, football clubs and academies.

He is a seasoned practitioner in exercise prescription, massage and manipulation, employing these techniques with precision to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. He has an empathetic ear and understands the complex biopsychosocial nature of pain and disability.
