I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009, and since then have worked in both the NHS and private sector, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for the past 4 years. I joined the team here at Nuffield Health in June 2016.

During my career I have gained experience in a wide range of physiotherapy techniques including sports massage, joint mobilisation, taping, electrotherapy, exercise prescription and more recently, acupuncture.

I am able to utilise these techniques to treat a variety of injuries and conditions, including recovery following surgery.

I joined the Nuffield team in 2014, prior to this I specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in the local NHS Trust, where I worked as part of the ACL recovery programme and led a gym-based reactivation programme for patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

I was the lead Physiotherapist for patients with Rheumatological conditions and the NHS Trust’s Hydrotherapy service, I now undertaking these roles with in Nuffield Health.

I have worked with elite athletes as the lead physiotherapist for both the USA Eagles Under 17 Rugby Team and the England Colleges Under 19 Rugby Team, as well as treating UFC Fighters and WWE Wrestlers.

I have completed postgraduate training in Acupuncture, Rheumatology, Hydrotherapy and McKenzie A and B.

I have a broad knowledge base of both sporting and non-sporting injuries; which allows me to develop appropriate and effective individualised rehabilitation programs for all my patients.
