Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Since qualifying from the University of Southampton with a Post-Graduate MSc in Physiotherapy Si has worked within the NHS, Sports and rehabilitation clinics and in his own Private Practice.

Si has worked extensively with the foot and ankle teams in West Hampshire and has a special interest in treating foot, ankle and lower limb problems.

Si likes to combine a holistic approach to Physiotherapy utilising his Manual Therapy and Strength & Conditioning experience with biomechanics. Si likes to work closely with the Personal Training teams where possible to create an individualised rehab program for his patients.
