Liam Booth Senior Physiotherapist About

Liam Booth

Senior Physiotherapist

How can I help you improve your health?

Liam Graduated as a Physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. Liam has been fortunate enough to work in the UK, America and Australia with athletes and patients from all walks of life.

Since becoming a Physiotherapist he has worked as Lead Physiotherapist for Sheffield United Ladies and Head of Medical Chesterfield FC before settling into an Enhanced Orthopedic Triage Role.

Liam enjoys the challenges of working with both athletes and the general public, as this gives him the chance to implement the right treatment plan using the most up-to-date research with patients to create fast-acting and long-lasting results.

Liam likes to stay active in the gym, boxing and riding. In his spare time, he likes to go camping with his family.

What my clients say:

"Working with Liam has allowed me to achieve what many thought was impossible. After having my hip replaced at the age of 16, Liam successfully helped me rehabilitate back into sport. After every session with Liam, I felt physically and mentally stronger than before because of his belief that anything is possible."

Mike Murphy Senior Physiotherapist About

Mike Murphy

Senior Physiotherapist

How can I help you improve your health?

Mike qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2008 with a first-class Honours degree, having previously gained a BSc Hons degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He has vast experience in neuromusculoskeletal triage, management, and rehabilitation within a variety of settings and for a range of individuals including elite athletes. Mike integrates ‘hands-on’ treatment with detailed advice, education, and individualised rehabilitation.

Having travelled extensively previously, the lure of more exotic climes was too great and Mike took the huge step in crossing the Pennines to reside in Sheffield. A keen sportsman, he enjoys playing (competing!) within sports including football, golf and tennis. He is now also a part-time taxi driver to his children.

To book a Physiotherapy session with me please speak to Reception, or alternatively email Michael.Murphy@nuffieldhealth.com.

What my clients say:

“Mike helped me to fully recover following my knee surgery! He provided manual therapy and gave fantastic advice on how to best implement and progress my exercises. Professional and informative throughout, Mike has helped me return to my passion of running with great confidence!”
