Mental health advice hub

We have recently closed our Mental Health Support service. We still have a range of resources provided by our experts and if you need further assistance, there are helplines you can call below.

Everyone has mental health

Your mental health is every bit as important as your physical health, but it’s often overlooked.

We’ve put together a range of wellbeing sessions and articles to give you the tools to improve and maintain your mental health.

If you need some extra support and need someone to talk to, we have clinical psychologists and psychiatrists based at select hospitals.

If you need urgent help

If you’re experiencing high levels of distress and need urgent crisis support, please use the following helplines:

  • NHS: Call 111 for non-emergency or 999 for emergency (24 hours)
  • Samaritans: Call 116 123 (24 hours)
  • Shout: Text 'SHOUT' to 85258 (24 hours)
