What is Trium®?
Trium is an online health risk assessment that includes a questionnaire we ask everyone to complete before their Health Assessment.
The information gathered here helps us learn more about your current health and the risk-factors that may be impacting it.
How does Trium® work?
Trium uses carefully constructed questions and clinical algorithms to gather real time information about your health, wellbeing, lifestyle, and fitness levels.
Our clinicians will use the data collected from your online health risk assessment to give advice and make tailored recommendations based on your current health and future risk factors.
Personalised Health Assessments
If you are having a Life 3, Life 4, Pro, or Online Health Assessment, we’ll also use this Trium data to recommend the most suitable and beneficial modules for your overall health.
*Please note that the modules available will depend on the contents of your Personalised Health Assessment package.

Yes, it is.
Trium is an integral part of all our Health Assessments that allows us to assess your risk effectively and guide you toward the right services, content, and supporting information for you.
How do I get started?
When you book your Health Assessment, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your online health risk assessment.
This email will contain a link to Trium, where you’ll be prompted to create, log in, and activate your account. Once you’ve done this, you can start your screening questionnaire.
If you already have a nuffieldhealth.com account for gym classes, please follow the link and log in using the password you have already created.
