We offer screening, investigations and surgical procedures, caring for you from diagnosis through to treatment.
Diagnostic investigations
A wide range of diagnostic investigations (including colposcopy and hysteroscopy) are available at Parkside Hospital.
Fertility/infertility
If you are finding it difficult to have a baby or have recently suffered a miscarriage, the support of the specialist team based at Parkside Hospital may help you to decide whether to investigate the treatments that are available for infertility.
Menopause
The average age that women reach the menopause in the UK is 52. Hormonal changes can make the menopause a difficult time for women, with night sweats, mood swings, loss of libido and memory loss being just some of the main symptoms. We can suggest the most suitable form of treatment such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Urogynaecology
Urogynaecology is the specialty for the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections (cystitis), female incontinence, prolapses and vaginal/perineal pain.
