Short-term therapy, long-term reward
In one-to-one sessions with a therapist you'll develop the tools you need to solve problems and improve the way you think and feel in the long term.
Your sessions can be delivered safely and effectively by phone, video or email for flexibility and privacy.
CBT therapy is a solution-focused and goal-orientated programme. It's also a collaborative process and you'll work with your therapist towards resolving your issues in a safe environment.

What to expect
Together we will work towards resolving your issues in a safe and supportive environment. You'll take an active part in therapy and you may be asked to carry out “homework” between sessions; this could be completing a task to test out what might be contributing to your problem. The emphasis is on finding solutions that work for you, so that every client can become their own therapist by applying new skills and techniques to old patterns of thinking and behaving. Sessions are typically 50 minutes to 1 hour. The frequency of the sessions will be tailored to your needs.
From £59 per session depending on therapy type, mode of delivery and location.Free 1-month gym membership
Regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety. And studies show that there is approximately a 20% to 30% lower risk of depression and dementia for adults participating in daily physical activity.
So we offer one-month's free gym membership right from the start of your CBT treatment to help you make the best improvements possible to your mental health.
